Florida Keeshond Rescue was proud to host an annual get-together of Keeshond families for a day of fun and games. While it was our intent to continue hosting these celebrations, to meet insurance requirements, we had to discontinue these annual events. Florida Keeshond Rescue is a nonprofit dog rescue organization composed of caring volunteers whose primary focus is to assist deserving Keeshonden who are in need of rescue, rehabilitation and placement in loving forever homes. We do our best to match the right dog with the right family. We do this for the love of the breed.

Before placing any Keeshond, Florida Keeshond Rescue requires a completed adoption application with references and a home visit from a rescue representative. All adopters must transport their newly adopted companion in a crate or dog safety harness at the time of adoption.

Florida Keeshond Rescue is seeking good foster homes for Keeshonden who need loving care until their forever families are found. If you have an interest in providing a temporary home to a deserving Keeshond and live in the Southeastern United States, we would like to hear from you.

Florida Keeshond Rescue is a nonprofit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS tax code. Any donations, gifts and bequests made to Florida Keeshond Rescue are tax deductible to the full extent of the current tax law. We depend solely on public support to continue our rescue and educational efforts.
